For more than thirty years, I have worked with English learners, business owners, executives and professionals.
And over those years, I discovered something important:
The greatest breakthroughs rarely happen because of grammar.
They happen because of the environment.
They happen when English stops being something you study and becomes something you use to live, think, connect and communicate.
Over breakfast.
Around the dinner table.
During a walk.
While discussing a business decision.
Planning an international trip.
Talking about the future with your children.
Or simply having a meaningful conversation.
That realization eventually led me to create the Bespoke In-Residence English Immersion — a private English immersion experience delivered inside the client’s own residence and built around real life rather than a classroom.
But the vision has grown into something much bigger.
A Bigger Vision
My dream isn’t simply to teach English.
It’s to help create English-speaking residential communities.
Communities where English can gradually become part of everyday family life, meaningful conversations, international relationships, business opportunities and new possibilities.
But you don’t create a community all at once.
You begin with one family.
And that’s why I’ve created the Founding Families Program.
Edition No. 001 — Fazenda Boa Vista
I’m now selecting one family at Fazenda Boa Vista to become the community’s Founding Family.
Not necessarily the first family to contact me.
The right family.
A family curious about doing something genuinely different with English.
A family willing to explore what happens when English moves beyond lessons and becomes part of everyday life.
A family interested in helping pioneer an experience designed specifically around the lifestyle, interests and rhythms of their own home.
There will only ever be one Founding Family of Fazenda Boa Vista.
Future families may eventually experience the program there.
But only one family will be able to say:
“We were there at the beginning.”
What Is the Founding Family Experience?
This isn’t an English course brought into your home.
It’s a private, highly personalized English immersion built around your family’s real life.
There are no traditional classroom routines.
No textbooks determining the conversation.
No artificial role-playing.
Instead, English becomes part of experiences that might already happen naturally during your day.
Breakfast.
Coffee.
Lunch.
A walk.
A business conversation.
A discussion about investments.
Travel plans.
Family decisions.
International opportunities.
Dinner.
The objective is simple:
To create an environment in which English begins to feel less like something your family studies and more like something your family naturally uses.
Before I Enter Your Home, We Get to Know Each Other
An experience this personal should never begin with a stranger arriving at your residence.
It should begin with trust.
That’s why the selected family will first participate in what I call:
The Founding Family Prelude
Before any in-residence immersion takes place, your family will receive:
10 private online conversations of 30 minutes each.
These conversations are offered on a complimentary basis.
They give us time to get to know each other naturally.
I learn about your family.
Your interests.
Your routines.
Your relationship with English.
Your professional world.
Your travels.
Your aspirations.
The conversations you enjoy having.
And what you would ultimately like English to make possible in your lives.
Just as importantly:
You get to know me.
There is no obligation to proceed with the in-residence experience simply because your family participates in these conversations.
After the Prelude, we decide together whether moving forward feels right.
The In-Residence Immersion
If we mutually decide to continue, I will personally design a Bespoke In-Residence English Immersion around your family.
The experience takes place primarily inside your own residence at Fazenda Boa Vista and within the environment that is already part of your family’s life.
Rather than asking your family to adapt to a predefined English program…
the immersion adapts to your family.
Your routines.
Your interests.
Your conversations.
Your pace.
Your goals.
Because the environment isn’t simply where the immersion happens.
The environment is part of the immersion.
Why Is the Founding Family Experience Complimentary?
The inaugural in-residence immersion will be offered on a complimentary basis to the selected Founding Family.
I’m not looking for payment from the Founding Family.
I’m looking for something much more valuable for this inaugural edition:
Openness.
Authenticity.
Honest feedback.
And a willingness to allow the experience to become naturally integrated into family life.
This first experience will also give me the opportunity to understand more deeply the lifestyle, rhythms and culture of families at Fazenda Boa Vista — and make the subtle adjustments that can turn a bespoke immersion into something truly exceptional for this community.
You aren’t being invited simply to experience the program.
You’re being invited to help pioneer it at Fazenda Boa Vista.
Who Am I Looking For?
The Founding Family doesn’t need to speak perfect English.
Quite the opposite.
The program exists because there may be a gap between the English your family knows and the English you’re genuinely comfortable living and communicating through.
I’m particularly interested in meeting families who:
- understand the opportunities English can create for themselves and their children;
- have studied English before but still don’t use it as naturally as they would like;
- travel internationally or operate in international environments;
- enjoy meaningful conversations about business, life, travel, ideas and the future;
- value privacy, trust and highly personalized experiences;
- are curious about making English a more natural part of family life.
Your family doesn’t need to live at Fazenda Boa Vista full-time.

This Is a Selection, Not a Promotion
There is no race to be the first person to contact me.
And there is no obligation to participate after our initial conversation.
The purpose of that conversation is simply to discover whether there is a good fit between:

Once that family has been selected, this inaugural opportunity will no longer be available within the community.
